The Beginning...              COMPUWARE was started in 1985 to provide customized software solutions for accounting and other commercial areas. In the process of developing customized packages for our clients, we realized that over the period of time, companies preferred ready to use software products. The next few years, we focused on developing ready-to-use, pre-packaged software solutions for most of the areas of commercial applications, such as Payroll, Provident Fund Accounting, Travel & Conveyance Accounting, T.D.S. Management System and a Completely Integrated System consisting of Financial Accounting, Bill Printing, Stocks, Order Handling, Import Procurement, Export, Quotation etc.

The Setup...                     COMPUWARE is headed by Mr. Sunil Merchant, a B.Tech from I.I.T. Kanpur along with D.M.S. from Bombay University. The team of professionals, in the areas of System Design, Product Development, Product Enhancement and Technical Support, are headed by, Mr. Sunil Merchant & Ms. Manisha Aras. Mr. Nitesh Sampat handles the Sales and Support for Payroll and other stand-alone packages. Mr. Hiten Sundhani, besides handling the Sales and Support for F.A. & other integrated packages, also looks after Accounts and Administration. A well-trained team of customer support executives assists in sales and support functions.

COMPUWARE, carries out its activities from its centrally located office, at Dadar [Mumbai], well equipped with top of the line hardware and telecommunications facilities.

Our Mission...                  Our mission is to provide proven and cost effective, long term software solutions to the business needs of our clients. We firmly believe in building long-term customer relationships and to achieve this, we, at all times, try our level best to provide prompt and efficient after sales service and support to all our valued customers. We endeavor our best to keep our selves abreast with the latest technologies, development and trends both in the computer software and hardware. We are constantly exploring possibilities of improving our software products with the help of our past experiences, available tools & technologies and always with an eye on the future. From time to time, we carry out modifications in our software packages to ensure that the products are keeping up with the changing times and our customers always have the ‘latest’ and the ‘best’.

Our Vision...                     It has been our constant endeavor, to keep our products abreast with the latest technology. Accordingly, we had taken up a project of re-developing our packages under `windows’ environment, with front end as Visual Basic v 6.0 and backend as MS Access [Optional - MS SQL / Oracle 8i].

Our Premium products, Payroll and Financial Accounting Packages are ready and offered to our customers.

We are in the process of re-developing all our other commercial packages.
